Stunning view of the historic dome, perfect for special occasions. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Spacious and comfortable suite with well-equipped bathroom. Complimentary champagne and delightful in-room breakfast. Spectacular location, right in front of the famous landmark.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and were pretty good too make sure I had a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the facilities were excellent. The location, right in the heart of the square, was convenient and provided amazing views. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city square, just steps away from the famous Duomo. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, giving you a perfect view of the Duomo and the vibrant atmosphere of the square. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that our needs were taken care of. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and delicious yogurt.
There were some minor issues with the bathroom facilities in some rooms.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel and were amazed by the exclusive amenities: a private massage, an in-room breakfast, and a snack bar. the location was great, in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room had all the advantages of a five-star hotel: spacious, modern, with a comfortable bed and private facilities. Cons: There was a minor issue with the towels, some were worn and needed replacement. Nevertheless, the service was excellent and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
